Kristi earned her BS degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she was a Division I swimmer, and also served as an Athletic Trainer for the various collegiate sports teams. She received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Kristi completed the Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy and Musculoskeletal Primary Care Fellowship in 2004 and has been a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist since 2004. Kristi is currently the Operations Manager for the Physical Therapy Department at Palo Alto Medical Foundation. She has been very fortunate to have been faculty of multiple well-established residency and fellowship programs and loves to mentor and collaborate with colleagues. Her desire for continued growth and to “be better” has kept her involved with professional development, while striving to provide high quality, evidence-based care. She has multiple professional publications and has had poster presentations at various professional conferences. In 2016, Kristi co-founded PhysioTree LLC, a healthcare information technology start-up specializing in clinical applications.
